FirmVoice is a product of Korren, Inc., a Florida corporation. References to "FirmVoice," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to Korren, Inc. and the FirmVoice platform available at firmvoiceapp.com.

• Name, email address, phone number, and firm name when you contact us or sign up for FirmVoice
• Billing and payment information processed through our payment provider
• Communications you send to us via email, phone, or web forms

• Usage data including pages visited, time on site, and browser type

Information collected through our service

• Call recordings and transcripts generated through the FirmVoice AI receptionist on behalf of our attorney clients
• Intake data submitted by callers to your firm, including name, contact information, and case details
• This data is collected on behalf of the subscribing law firm and is subject to the firm's own privacy obligations

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the FirmVoice platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send account-related communications including confirmations, invoices, and service updates
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Improve and develop our products and services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

• GoHighLevel — our platform infrastructure provider. FirmVoice is built on GoHighLevel technology. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Korren, Inc. and its users.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and intake data are retained for a period of 12 months following the end of your subscription, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain them by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute covered by this arbitration clause.
